How to be Happier in Your Life?

  • let go of your inhibitions


  • Live in the present moment just like children do


  • change what you think about to what you want and what you like


  • Look up


  • stand up


  • walk quicker


  • change "and" to "or" when you list the conditions you require to feel happy


  • take pleasure from the simple things around you like the first snow in April for 27 years we had last night.
